Workshop Schedule:

 

Event Check In: Friday 12th May 2017 from 15.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs
at The George Hotel Frome.

Friday evening workshop begins, 18.00hrs -20.00hrs at The George Hotel.

Supper 20.15.00hrs approx

Saturday 13th  May 2017  early start 08.15am , excursion in to Nature

practical exercises and recreation.

Return to Frome pm reconvene at 15.00hrs  to meet the animals.

Vegetarian Supper: 19.45pm

Sunday 14th 2017.

Seminar and feedback session: 10-10.30 am -13.30hrs

Workshop Event Ends: 13.30hrs

Hotel Cost

A single room en-suite at the George Hotel is £45 per night at a discounted rate,

and to share a twin room en-suite is £35 per person per night, all with

full English Breakfast included.

If you prefer a single room it is on a first-come-first-served basis and there are a limited number of rooms available. Bookings are made directly between you and the George Hotel.To select and reserve a room please quote the name” Wendy Datta” for the discount. You are advised to book early if you require accommodation. Other hotels are in the area ,however the meeting point will be at The George Hotel.

Food & Drink

You will need to allow food costs and drink costs for the evening of Friday 12th May  and Saturday 13th

The vegetarian dinner will be approximately £20-25 per head , beverages extra.

These costs are not included in the price for the workshop .

 

What to Bring:

Layers of clothing, waterproofs and sturdy waterproof footwear for walking.

We will be out in the open at times come rain or shine . You may also need a sun hat,

sunscreen and sun glasses if the weather is fine.

General- Getting To The Venue From Bristol Airport:

Plan your arrival to Bristol Airport with plenty of time to make it to the Hotel for check-in. The George Hotel is approximately a 1 hour drive depending on traffic, or approximately a 1 hour train journey from Bristol Temple Meads Station. There is a regular airport shuttle bus from Bristol Airport to Bristol Temple Meads Station . Arriving a day early and departing a day after is usually a good idea to avoid being rushed catching flights.

Trains: The train takes about 1hr or so from Bristol Temple Meads Station to Frome.

Please check carefully your own travel times and connections for the material dates that which is provided here is by way of general information only.

Frome train station is approximately 0.7 miles from the George hotel which is about a 20 minute walk,with luggage you may prefer to get a taxi. Arrow Taxis of Frome for example and you can book on-line or by telephone ,their website is : http://www.frometaxicabs.com/

Return Journeys:

There will be a limited train service from Frome station on Sunday so do check your travel times carefully. Also taxis can be booked and possibly shared between workshop participants depending on their destinations.

Refunds/ Travel Insurance:

Once you reserve your space, you are expected to follow through and attend.

Cancellations. You have 14 days to cancel your work shop place from the date of payment.Such cancellation must be requested in writing and a cancellation form completed.Cancellation rights are not available once the contract has been performed.

Please note that in the event of insufficient numbers or any circumstances beyond our control rendering the cancellation of the workshop then a refund would be limited to the cost of the workshop fee £250.00 or a place on another workshop offered by us.

Please understand that this is not a travel package and that we are not a travel service. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements and travel insurance which is recommended.

Please check travel times and timetables yourself. We provide the venue location, travel during the workshop, and contact information. It is your responsibility to arrive on time.
